Located in Anjos, surrounded by hills and iconic viewpoints, a new project is taking shape, honoring the past while building for the future. Currently under construction, it was conceived in harmony with the neighborhood’s character, history, and unique rhythm.

Where the lines cross
An old office building is transformed into housing and a studio area is reborn as a loft, in a contemporary gesture that breaks new ground in living spaces. The project adds life, reinvents uses that are now inadequate, and converts industrial space into living space, designing a new way of occupying and experiencing the city.
