The next chapter begins here.
Calçada Marques de Abrantes, Santos
A house by the river
Our vision is to grow while staying true to who we are. Like the river Tejo, our work flows outward from Lisbon, reaching new horizons yet always rooted in a deep respect for the essence of each place. From historic neighbourhoods to emerging areas, we identify the unseen potential in every corner we touch.
A PROJECT WITH HISTORY
Located in the heart of Lisbon’s historic center, this 19th-century building has just been completely restructured and renovated. Situated in a lively, elegant, and typically Portuguese neighborhood, Calçada Marquês de Abrantes offers the comfort of modern living while respecting the elegance of Portuguese tradition.
Just steps away from the French Embassy, facing the Puppet Museum, and only two minutes from the Tagus River, this building enjoys an ideal location to experience and discover the city.
The 128 Calçada Marquês de Abrantes project combines respect for architectural tradition with modern comfort.
A real effort was made to preserve the original façades and balconies, which give the building its typical local character. In addition, the lobby was completely restored, maintaining the original tiles—a true national legacy that adds charm to the property.
The cornerstone of this project is a genuine desire to reconcile respect for tradition, appreciation of the location, and the use of materials that provide contemporary well-being.
Between the elegance of modernity and the charm of tradition, this building represents the ideal compromise, which can only be reflected in its absolute comfort.
Each detail, from the restored tiles to the carefully chosen views, reflects a respect for history and a vision for the future.
