LUX LIV was not born in a meeting room, but through unexpected encounters that grew into friendship. Over the years, different paths and experiences came together around a shared vision, built on trust, mutual respect and a desire to do things differently.
Their paths into real estate were anything but conventional. Lucas, born in France but deeply connected to Portugal, started out as an entrepreneur, managing bars and events. At 21, he took his first steps into real estate, guided by an instinct for uncovering the hidden potential of Lisbon’s neighbourhoods.
Peter brought a different perspective. American, with Italian roots, he has been working in real estate for over 11 years and found in Portugal the place to continue developing his career. His experience and international outlook brought a new perspective to the way spaces are imagined, with a focus on making them functional, authentic and visually striking.
It was through the meeting of these experiences and a shared vision, focused on people, authenticity and thoughtful transformation, that LUX LIV was born.

LUCAS DJOUADI
Lucas grew up, balancing the precision of French culture with the warmth of Portuguese life. By 14, he was already working in bars, and by 17, he opened his own. Studying economics in Paris sharpened his skills, but it was his early real estate experiences that revealed his passion for the intersection of design, history, and community.
In 2015, Lucas returned to Portugal, drawn by the opportunity to transform spaces in a way that felt personal. From music festivals to floating hotels, his projects have always been about working with the right people to create something meaningful — an ethos that continues to guide Lux today.
